Construction and design

Based on customer requirements, we can design a complete customized sorting line. The design depends on the specific application, the type and total amount of material that will pass through the separation line and other factors.

Customized sorting line

The separation line can be made up of different parts tailored to your requirements. It can consist of the following individual types of parts:

• Magnetic separators – different types according to the type of materials
• Magnetic separators for non-magnetic metals (Eddy Current Separator) – fitted with very strong neodymium magnets
• Metal detectors
• Different types of conveyors – according to the type and quantity of transported material
• Crushers and mills
• Other equipment – as required
